this headset was bought specifically for playing ps3 so i dont have to tie up my other headset. it doesn't leave the house. the battery lasts real long on a short charge. comfortable. clarity is good as well as noise cancellation even with my surround tuned way up. adding to it never leaves the house you would think it might hold up. the finish is cracking off but i don't care about that much. the button in the middle cracked though when turning it on. still works. if i wasn't so lazy id return it for a replacement.

This is my third Plantronics Voyager 520 over the last 3 or more years. I usually get about a year out of them. I am somewhat hard on these products. Out of all the headsets that I have used this is my overall favorite. I like how the ear piece goes into the ear. It can get a little heavy on the ear sometimes, but I just switch to the other ear. Great Product.

don't like the fact that it does not have changeable ear loops for smaller ears and it does not reduce the noise of wind as advertised.

This product has a lot of connection problems with iphone, the call
quality is good but it gets disconnected so frequently that its a
pain connecting it again and again. [it does not auto connect..you
have to manually connect it again]
If you move away more than 3 feet from the phone then connection
drops or the call quality becomes really bad.
If you are driving then it will definitely get disconnected after
15-20 mins .
I am just fed up after a few days of nagging connection problems
and thinking of returning the product.

I ordered a Plantronics Voyager 520 Bluetooth Headset (Blue) but I recieved a ATT V521(blue). They looked a like but when you look closely you will see it said ATT V521 not Voyager 520. I was shocked it was so cheap now I know why. ATT V521 is very unclear while Voyager 520 I am very happy with. I already have a Voyager 520 so I know how it works but was buying another one cuz I lost my blue tooth. But then when I recieved the wrong blue tooth I found my lost bluetooth. Next time try to send what you say you are going to ship. But Amazon didn't make me pay to return it. Thank god for that.
